1. General
All artwork created is original and made by the artist. By commissioning artwork, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before receiving the final piece. All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless the artist cancels the commission.
3. Pricing
Prices vary depending on complexity, size, and usage. The final price will be agreed upon before the commission begins.
4. Revisions
Clients may request up to three updates while the commission is in progress. Each update will include a clear image showing the current state of the artwork. Clients may also request up to three revisions based on these updates.
Minor revisions (such as color adjustments or small detail changes) are included. Major changes after the sketch approval or final stages may incur additional fees.
5. Turnaround Time
Completion time depends on the complexity of the commission and the artist's schedule. The client will be given an estimated completion time.
6. Usage Rights
The artist retains full copyright of the artwork. The client may use the artwork for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased separately.
7. Commercial Use
If the artwork will be used for business, branding, merchandise, or other commercial purposes, commercial licensing must be discussed and may require additional fees.
8. Artist Rights
The artist may display the commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality beforehand, which may incur additional fees.
9. Cancellation
If the client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued. If the commission has already started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on progress.
10. Communication
Clear communication is required throughout the process. Delays in responses from the client may delay the completion time.
