These terms apply to all purchases made through the HraefnArts online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All items are original artwork and merchandise designed and produced by the artist.
2. Products
Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of physical printing. All items are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment card details. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee fulfilment - we may need to cancel if an item is out of stock or if pricing errors occur.
5. Shipping
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. 7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and images remain the intellectual property of HraefnArts. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
HraefnArts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased items. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the purchase price of that order.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during checkout (such as your name, email, and shipping address) is used solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing and shipping.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will apply to future orders. Continued use of the shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
